The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) conducted DUI selective enforcement on St. Patrick’s Day 2011. The primary focus of the enforcement activity was to arrest drivers who were under the influence of alcohol. The Nebraska Office of Highway Safety (NOHS) provided a maximum of $3,000.00 grant funds for this enforcement effort.
During the St. Patrick’s Day selective enforcement, the DCSO compiled the below listed statistics:
